i just started doing "ab attack" a lil bit.. lol for 10 min.. and i feel way more out of shape than i was before.. b/c i do the warmup when u go down... and i'm shaking... like at the beginning of ab attack...but after a while at ab attack i stopped shaking so much...soooo i got in less shape lol.. jk i turned into more of a circle..that's a shape.. haha... okay just felt like makin a dumb joke haha lata
